- Manufacturing of the final booth sketchas as a 3-D model.

- Support with the planning and choosing of the needed equipment as well as coordinating the suppliers.
Execution
Organizing and constant personal control of the building of the booth through a member of the agency.
- Installing the booth graphics
- Organizing plants and flowers to make the booth more creative.
- Organizing and monitoring the installation of the multimedia systems
- Installing the I.T.- system through a partner organisation.
- Monitoring the demolition of the booth.
There will be personnal supervision through a member of the agency during the complete tradeshow. Organisation and conception of fair acompanying events and frame programs such as:

- Artistic events
Organizing of video and photo surveillance, monitoring and security for the booth. Envorcement of press work on the fair through our press devision:

- Taking care of the press pigean holes
- Supervision during the fair through a member of the press section

Fair preperations
